Parenting is without doubt one of the most challenging relationships ever devised. Life Scene Investigation approaches everything from a Strengths perspective and parenting is no different. The basis for excellent parenting is the to assist our children to Discover, Develop and Deploy their Unique Strengths.

Parenting is difficult. Kids are tough. The world we live in brings new challenges and threats every day. How do we respond to the stresses and pressures our kids have to face and make sure they become strong productive adults?

Parent Coaching is NOT THERAPY. If you are looking to fix, repair, find a diagnosis to excuse bad behavior, or simply discover a way to hide your child from life, coaching will not work for you. Coaching is about how to engage life to the fullest using your strengths.

L.S.I. Parenting involves using the same L.S.I. process as the other programs. The focus is parents. We work in a close relationship with parents by giving them the tools by which they can help their children discover their Unique Design and Strengths, the building blocks of a successful life!

    So much of parenting seems to focus on kids problems, their bad grades, their failings, inconsistencies etc. It is often reactionary and we are left feeling frustrated and helpless.

    Parenting is tough but when kids are seen for their unique design and we encourage, push, create expectations and opportunities based on that design, the task becomes much easier. Your kids will gain confidence, self-esteem, live with a sense of purpose and control, associate with other kids who are involved in worthwhile things and life begins to look very different.

    Have you ever wondered why the same recipe for discipline for different kids doesn't work? Discipline must be tailored to each child's individual design to be effective. Discipline that is based on a child's individual design generally works.

    L.S.I. Delivery Options

  • Seminars. L.S.I. Seminars can be booked by contacting us. Seminars are delivered in a variety of options from weekend (Friday evening and all day Saturday), to a series which would run for 4-6 weeks on a weekday night for approximately 90 minutes per evening. We also do summer camps and retreats during the year for churches and other organizations.
  • Parent Coaching. We are able to work with parents one-on-one either in person when in the Seattle, Dallas, Atlanta and Los Angeles areas or a combination of chat, email and phone coaching. This is often a very workable option and parents get used to the process very quickly.
