The L.S.I. Forensic Life Coaches are trained professionals who specialize in the Discovery, Development and Deployment of human strengths. They also teach seminars, develop additional L.S.I. materials and work one on one coaching teens, parents and other adults to help them investigate their Unique Design Capacities and Individual Strengths and answer the question:

Mark has been involved in a wide variety of professional, business and non-profit activities over the past 30 years. He has worked as a psychotherapist, minister, legal and forensic consultant, youth director, parenting/custody evaluator, in the military, educator, motivational speaker and as a professional and executive coach. He has traveled extensively to over 30 countries, having lived overseas for over 25 years. Mark has spoken to 1000’s of groups and audiences in the US, Canada, Africa and Europe. Mark’s education and degrees are in Psychology, Theology, International Politics and Cross-Cultural Communication. He has been educated through schools and universities in England, Africa and the USA. Mark has not only worked in schools, non-profits, youth organizations, churches, juvenile legal system, coached various sports and teams but as an Executive and Life Coach he has coached clients from: Boeing, Ricoh, Pro Sports Club, Drugstore.com, Microsoft, University of Washington, Stoddard-Hamilton, Weyerhaeuser, Safeco, Trans World Publishing, IBM, Credit Suisse, Barclays Bank, as well as professional athletes (American Football, Baseball, Golf, Cricket), psychologists, doctors, churches, coaches, ministers, attorneys, and other professionals. Mark has developed a variety of youth programs over the last twenty five years including 'Teen Discovery' and the 'Coaching For Life' program for the Regeneration Project. Regeneration is a non-profit that works with children and teens who are either orphaned by or whose parents have HIV/AIDS or are themselves HIV/AIDS positive. He also spends a significant amount of time working in juvenile court in the Seattle area. Mark lives in the Seattle area and has three children (22, 24 and 26 years of age) and never misses an opportunity to watch his children play. Mark is a cricket fanatic and has coached and played for teams in Zimbabwe, South Africa, Canada and the USA. Mark currently coaches the Northwest Regional Cricket Team. In addition to cricket he loves playing and watching a variety of sports including: golf, tennis, racquetball, squash, swimming, biking, rugby, football, baseball and basketball. Cynthia Ulrich Tobias, M.Ed., L.S.I. Teen and Parent Coach and Curriculum Development
Cynthia will be teaching modules on Discovering Intellectual Design and will play a major part of our Parent and Teen Coaching curriculum.
Cynthia Ulrich Tobias is Founder, Manager and CEO of Apple St (Applied Learning Styles). She is an author and speaker, known throughout the United States and internationally for her entertaining, practical and life-changing presentations.
Cynthia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Education from Northwest Nazarene University and followed with her
Master of Education degree from Seattle Pacific University. Her successful background includes over twenty
years of private practice and business ownership, eight years of teaching in public high school, and six years in law
enforcement.

Cynthia is a popular presenter at workshops, classes and seminars for business, government agencies, churches
and school districts throughout the U.S. and the world.
She is a featured guest in radio and television appearances throughout North America as well as being a busy mother of teenaged twin sons.
Penny West , M.Ed., L.P.C./S – L.S.I. Parent Coach and Curriculum Development
Penny will be teaching modules on Forensic Life Tests, as well as Discovering Emotional and Spiritual Design. Penny will also be teaching in the At Risk Teen Coach specialization. Penny has a special licensure in counselor supervision and will be overseeing our Coach Examination for certification process.
Penny has been a psychotherapist in private practice for over 23 years. During the last few years Penny has specialized in working with teens in a variety of teen and community prevention programs in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area providing programs for the Texas Commission on Drug and Alcohol Abuse. She has also worked in conjunction with the Richardson Police Department with their community crisis response unit.
Penny is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas had also holds the LPC/S Certification which enables her to supervise graduate students for their licensure. With this background, Penny will be overseeing our Coach Certification process for standards and examinations.
Penny has been an aerobics instructor for many years, and has enjoyed playing field hockey, tennis, swimming and running. She is also a major dog person and is passionate about rescuing dogs from abusive situations. She currently has three rescue dogs.
Deborah E. Shircore , M.A., C.L.S.I. – L.S.I. Coach and Curriculum Development
After moving to Seattle in 2005 she has worked in a variety of capacities related to children, social services, and business. Having obtained a Masters Degree in Theology and Pastoral/Family Counseling at Fuller Theology Seminary, she has endeavored to be in a position to effectively aid children and families to grow stronger and more successful.
With a bent towards Positive Psychology in her classroom management, Deborah immediately responded to LSI's focus on helping youth to uncover their individual strengths and unique God-given design and talents. She is thrilled to be working as a Forensics Coach with teen girls and their families, as well as one of our Teachers using the LSI curriculum in Seattle area schools.
Deborah specializes in consulting with schools who are seeking to implement L.S.I. programs into their curriculum.
Mark Fallis, B.S., M.B.A. - (Vice President Sales and Marketing)
As a father, Mark has always been active with coaching (especially baseball) from T-ball through High School as well as serving in leadership positions for the booster clubs and boards of directors. He has been heavily involved in adult and student education and administrative leadership in the local church for over 23 years. Witnessing both student and adult frustrations around the processes of school, teams, selecting a career path, managing career interruptions, marriage, parenting, and life in general, Mark began to explore the nature of strengths from the scriptural perspective of individual gifts and abilities. He remains faithfully involved in church work aimed at improving stewardship, organizational results, and leadership. Most recently Mark has been engaged in establishing connections for qualified student athletes and artists into college programs that are well suited for them. He is a certified provider of the Highlands Ability Battery® which determines an individual’s innate abilities through objective testing that provides individuals with reliable and accurate assessments to support their efforts to live a fulfilling life aligned to a personal vision in harmony with their unique giftedness.
Mark has enjoyed the companionship and support of his wife, Donna, a choral music director and public school teacher, for the last 24 years. Together they have been blessed with three sons aged 20, 17, and 15. They delight in time together as a family and fill it with music, sports, friends, laughter and living the ups and downs of life. Andre' Demos - Co-Developer (L.S.I.), Lead Forensic Life Coach and Assistant Head Coach Discovery Program
Andre' (26) has been working with youth for the last four years in a large youth program in Kirkland Washington. He attended Bellevue Community College and graduated with a double major in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education in 2009 from Central Washington University. He currently works at Wilder Elementary School in the Seattle area. He is also currently enrolled in a graduate degree program that focuses on international development, counseling and community building with his wife Sally.
Andre' is a gifted speaker and enjoys weight-lifting, basketball, football and reading, and has dedicated his life to making a difference in the lives of teens. He had coached a Little League team in Kirkland Washington for the last three years. He specializes in working as a teen coach connecting primarily with young men aged 13-18. In addition he also works as a tutor helping with mathematics and study skills.
Brian Hall, B.A., CDP, M.A. (cand) - Certified Drug and Alcohol Evaluator and Teen Life Coach
Brian came to the Pacific Northwest via the Navy almost 25 years ago. He now resides in the greater Seattle area with his wife and three kids, ages 20, 18, and 6.
Brian’s educational experiences include a Bachelors Degree from The Evergreen State College, with an emphasis in Youth Intervention. He also graduated from Edmonds Community College, has been certified as a Chemical Dependency Professional CDP , and is currently in process of obtaining his Masters Degree in Social Work from Eastern Washington University.
Brian’s work experience includes, Washington State Juvenile Corrections, and variety of counseling agencies, where he has facilitated adult and adolescent intensive outpatient treatment groups, as well as individual and family counseling.
Brian’s volunteer experience has involved mentoring young men, ages 18 to 30 for over the past ten years; with the primary focus to help these men find their purpose and destiny, and addresses the absence of, or estranged relationship with their fathers. In addition, he has experiences in Therapeutic Foster Care, as a Big Brother, and working with at risk youth. As a Care Pastor in his local church he facilitates marriage small groups covering tops such as child rearing, communication, finances, and conflict resolution.
Brian has a refreshing approach in working with people, that makes them feel accepted where ever they are, yet aware and ready to make changes to better themselves. Brian’s experience of over 21 years of marriage, raising kids, counseling, dealing with multi culture issues, as well as working with at risk youth, gives Brian a well rounded insight that is grounded. It is no wonder why Brian has received many letters and recommendations from people who have said “Thank you Brian, you have saved my life”.
Sally Demos - Co-Developer (L.S.I.), Lead Forensic Life Coach and Assistant Head Coach Discovery Program.
Sally (25 years old) is a National Merit Student and recently graduated with highest honors in psychology from Northwest University in Kirkland, Washington. Sally is a member of psi chi and is studying to become a psychologist. She currently works at Northwest University as an counselor as well as teaching Positive Psychology in our L.S.I. Certification Programs. She is also currently enrolled in a graduate degree program that focuses on international development, counseling and community building with her husband Andre.
Susan Reinfeldt, M.A., Forensic Life Coach, Curriculum Development, Editor.
Susan was born in Green Bay, WI as the last of four siblings. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN and completed her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with academic honors from Northwest University.
She moved to the Northwest eight years ago with her husband and two children. Her approach is to provide strength-based services in order for families to recognize, develop and support individual qualities and competencies.
Susan delights in taking a team approach with other coaches and believes that she learns just as much from her clients as she pours out to them. Susan understands the need for collaborative efforts and works to maximize resources within the community for the diverse families she serves.
Susan has always been drawn to health and wellness fields. She has worked for Hazelden Foundation’s public education center, Ramsey County Medical Center and United Health Care Corporation in Minnesota. More recently she worked as a case manager for Olive Crest Therapeutic Foster Care Center in Bellevue, Washington where she dedicated her efforts toward treating and educating at-risk children and preserving the family.
Susan recently moved from the Seattle area to Franklin Tennessee where she resides with her husband Mike and their two children.
Maryann Ramsey - LSI Parent and Teen Forensic Life Coach
Maryann Ramsey has 23 years experience in the corporate world as a sales and marketing professional. She is currently on the Board of Directors for ParentCorp and The Joshua Brown Foundation in Atlanta, Georgia. Maryann currently works for the United Methodist Children’s Home in Business Development. Maryann is passionate about helping teenagers and their families improve their relationships after the loss of her 14 year old daughter, Emily, in a car accident in 2004. She shares with families her experience, and the things she would do differently if she had a “do over”. There are no “ do overs’ in this life, all we have is now. She is the Mother of an18 year old son who is currently attending college at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. Maryann is an accomplished public speaker who has changed her life with the help of Life Coaches.

Abi Demos - Teen Life Coach
Abi (24) attends Northwest College and is currently studying Intercultural Studies. Abi is a certified TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) Instructor. Abi has taught in schools for special needs children as well as college level English in Cambodia. She worked as a camp counselor for an international school and volunteered in a zoo. Locally she has worked in church youth programs and loves playing soccer.
Sean Gasperetti - Teen Life Coach
Sean (24) graduated from Snohomish High and now attends College in Vancouver, Canada where he is studying music. Sean is an incredibly talented musician and uses this ability to connect with teens.
Paul Bonner III - Teen Life Coach
Paul (23) graduated from Woodway High in 2004 and will be attending either the Seattle Art Institute or Edmonds Community College to study video production.
